OFFICIAL CONFERENCE PARTNER SHOWCASES

On October 14-15th, 2010, the Artist Management Conference will take place in New York City. During the evenings (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) we will present several official conference showcases and a host of networking receptions and parties for conference registrants to attend.

If you run an organization, association or company and wish to host an official conference partner showcase as part of the Artist Management Conference 2010, we are offering sponsorships that will enable you to host such an event.

Official Conference Partner Showcase sponsorships are priced at $950 each (per venue)

Your official conference partner showcase sponsorship includes:

•    Association with the Artist Management Conference 2010
•    1 Full Conference Registration ($450 value)
•    ¼ page advertisement in the Artist Management Conference printed Program  ($850 value)
•    Acknowledgement via custom logo recognizing your showcase as an Official Conference Partner Showcase  
•    Promotion of your band showcase through the conference newsletter
•    Company logo in ‘Band Showcases’ section of the Artist Management Conference 2010 website
•    Inclusion in media coverage and publicity campaigns related to conference showcases
•    Assistance with venue selection for your band showcase
•    Assistance with information regarding musical equipment rentals and production staff for your band showcase

Important notes:

>Your official conference partner showcase must take place in New York City between the dates of October 12th and 16th, 2010.

>We (at the Artist Management Conference 2010) reserve the right to accept or reject official conference showcase sponsorships at our discretion.
