ATTENDEE COMFORT & CARE

At the Artist Management Conference, we are committed to making sure that all attendees enjoy a certain level of comfort and care throughout the event. Here are some of the ways in which we are working to accomplish this mission:

Attendee Lounge

We won’t leave you wandering the hallways when you need to make a phone call or check your email, or even just need a break from the sessions. We’ve set up an attendee lounge accessible to all conference attendees throughout the event, complete with comfortable lounge seating, email stations, a business center, morning and afternoon light refreshments, and more; essentially, an area away from the ‘hubbub’ where you can relax for a bit, make some phone calls, or even get away for a quick one-to-one meeting with a colleague.

Designated Attendee Reps

We won’t leave you feeling like you’re all alone to fend for yourself at the conference venue. We’ve assigned attendee reps to take care of the ‘little things’ you might need help with. Is the temperature too high for the panel sessions? Do you need a painkiller for your headache? How about an area to hang your coat? Need somebody to call you a cab? How about suggestions for a good place in the area for lunch? Is there a shuttle to get to the showcases? Don’t have the nerve to approach a panelist after a session? Are you about to miss your flight? Your friendly reps won’t leave you feeling as is nobody cares.

Takeaway Materials

No need to injure your wrists and strain your neck trying to hear and write down everything that is being said during the panel sessions. No need for you to stress out about what you might have missed while at the restroom or off making a phone call. All conference attendees will have access to a password-protected area of the conference website with conference notes, takeaway materials, video footage of panel sessions, and editorial coverage (we don’t send you home with just your notes and recollections).

And that’s not all. We’re working on more ways to make you feel like you are an important part of the conference, not just an anonymous face in the crowd or a revenue stream to be taken for granted.
